wienbd Responsible Gaming:
Your Protection Is Our Priority
wienbd believes that gaming should be purely for entertainment. Our responsible gaming tools help you stay in control and enjoy a safe environment.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online betting and casino gaming can be an exciting form of entertainment — but it stays healthy only when you participate consciously and responsibly. wienbd always wants every one of our users to understand their own limits, stay within their budget, and enjoy gaming as entertainment rather than viewing it as a source of income.
Responsible gaming means taking breaks on time, setting deposit limits, and asking for help when needed. On the wienbd platform you will find multiple safety tools that keep your gaming experience controlled and enjoyable.
Remember, gambling is never a solution to financial problems. If at any point you feel that gaming is affecting your life — your family, work, or financial stability — contact our 24/7 support team immediately.
For Ages 21 and Over Only
Opening an account and playing at wienbd is strictly for individuals aged 21 and over. Age verification is a mandatory part of our registration process. Accounts belonging to minors are closed immediately. Parents and guardians are requested to use parental control software to prevent children from accessing online gaming sites.
Our Safety Tools
wienbd puts powerful protection measures in your hands so you can always stay in control.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. A cooling-off period applies when increasing a limit.
Time-Out Feature
Need a temporary break? Take a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period no bets can be placed from your account, but your funds remain fully secure.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need to stay away from gaming for an extended period, apply for self-exclusion ranging from 6 months to 5 years. Any attempt to open a new account during this time will be rejected.
Activity Review
You can view your gaming history, deposit amounts, withdrawals, and betting details at any time from your profile. Understanding your own spending patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Session Time Alerts
After you have been playing for a set amount of time, our system automatically sends you an alert. These reminders help you stay aware and take breaks on time.
24/7 Bengali Support
Our Bengali-speaking support team is available day and night for any concern you may have. Come to live chat and get expert guidance — in complete confidence.

- Have you borrowed money from others to cover your gaming expenses?
- Have you skipped sleep or meals to keep gaming?

How to Use the Protection Tools
Account Settings
After logging in, go to the profile menu. Under the "Responsible Gaming" tab you will find all the tools — deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion.
Request via Live Chat
If you prefer not to change the settings yourself, simply tell our representative on the 24/7 live chat. They will take action on your behalf immediately.
Request via Email
For important requests such as self-exclusion, send an email. Write the subject clearly to [email protected] and we will respond within 24 hours.
Account Lock
In an emergency you can request that your account be locked immediately. Once locked, a set waiting period must pass before it can be reactivated.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
wienbd believes every player should follow certain core principles that keep their gaming experience positive:
- Think of gaming as entertainment, not a way to earn money.
- Set a budget in advance and do not go beyond it.
- Do not place bets while drinking alcohol or under mental stress.
- Set a time limit for your gaming session each day.
- Keep your composure even when you lose — outcomes are entirely random.
- Spend time with family and keep up your other hobbies.
Our minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800 — these limits are set in part to encourage responsible gaming. By offering convenient transactions through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, we ensure that financial management remains completely transparent.
Even while enjoying our welcome bonus (120% on your first deposit up to ৳20,000), remember that you should not place excessive bets in an attempt to meet the bonus terms. The wagering requirement is clearly stated at 15x — there is no need to go beyond that.
Responsible gaming is not only about personal protection — it is also a responsibility toward building a healthy society. wienbd takes this responsibility very seriously and always places the well-being of our players as the highest priority.
